Begin the new year with learning, collaboration, and shared experiences at OSUMMIT Shimla 2026—a three-day leadership, innovation, and team-building retreat in the mountains.

Travel Schedule

Departure – 16 January 2026

  • Location: Virtuos Office, Gurgaon
  • Reporting Time: 5:00 AM
  • Departure: 5:30 AM (sharp)
  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch provided en route
  • Note: Personal snacks and soft drinks may be carried

Return – 18 January 2026

  • Check-out: Before 9:30 AM
  • Departure from Shimla: 9:30 AM
  • Travel meals: Lunch, snacks, and refreshments covered by Virtuos

Timeliness is mandatory. Delays or missed schedules will not be accommodated.

Travel & Bus Etiquette

  • No liquor or non-vegetarian food permitted on the bus
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited
  • Maintain cleanliness and courtesy during travel

Dress Code

As Shimla experiences considerably lower temperature compared to Gurgaon, we request all participants to pack suitable winter clothing and dress accordingly.

  • Warm layers, woollen jackets, thermals, gloves
  • Formal attire for official sessions
  • Comfortable smart casuals for evenings and networking
  • Company hoodies will be used for group activities and photos

Accommodation

  • Rooms will be shared with assigned colleagues
  • Respect roommates' privacy and preferences

Event Participation

Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled engagements:

  • Welcome & Reception
  • Conference sessions
  • Team presentations

Employees must refrain from scheduling client work during the retreat.

Safety of Women Employees

  • Virtuos follows a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any behaviour compromising dignity or safety.
  • Report concerns immediately to your manager or assigned coordinator.

Responsible Participation

  • Enjoy responsibly during evening activities
  • Avoid excessive drinking or conduct that harms the company's reputation
  • Uphold Virtuos values throughout the summit

Mobile & Device Etiquette

  • Phones must remain switched off during sessions
  • Personal calls and messaging only during breaks
  • Photography and recording only where permitted

Health & Safety

  • Carry essential personal medication
  • Notify your supervisor of medical needs in advance
  • Road travel involves inherent risk; employees acknowledge this while registering
  • Virtuos will provide support where possible, but assumes no liability for unforeseeable events

Shared Responsibility

All participants are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for all events
  • Follow instructions issued by HR and organising team
  • Care for hotel and transport property; damages will be chargeable
  • Conduct themselves professionally—at all times, in all spaces
